I don't know if anyone does this but I found this makes MMS easier to take for me.
Basically the way the body's senses work is that a large part of taste is in fact smell.
A lot of people complain about the taste of MMS being a problem, but I actually think it's not the taste but the actual smell of MMS that puts a lot of people off. People mix their MMS and water in a single glass and then go to drink the MMS but they pick up a lot of the smell of the gas that's built up in the glass.
What I discovered that makes MMS easier for me to take is to use two glasses.
In the first glass I put the drops off MMS and Citric Acid and wait for it to mix and in the other glass I put the water. Then after 3 minutes I pour the water into the glass of MMS and then I pour it all back into the other glass. Doing it this way I get a lot less of the smell of MMS and thus I get a lot less of the taste of MMS.
I think it could be the smell of the gas that builds up around the mixing glass that puts a lot of people off taking MMS.
I thought I'd share this method incase it helps anyone else that found MMS hard to take.

Thanks Archer I totally agree with you .... I haven't tried that one this method.
What I do for the smell, and this seems to work really well for my girlfriend as well ... is with your left hand, pinch your nose off from completely smelling anything, and with your right hand, drink the MMS. Now, here' the thing....KEEP PINCHING your nose off for about 30 seconds even after you have finished drinking the MMS. Then let go.
We are on a 3 week cleanse as we speak, and we are finding that making a natural tea with Licorice Root in it (drinking it at room temp), and using the teat in place of water, really seems to mask the taste and smell of the MMS.

Hi Archer,
I think you are right about the taste. I also use 2 glases , then pour the glass into a bottle and put a straw in it and suck the fluid right into my throat. This way i dont taste or smell anything.

Ruthie,
That is an excellent way to eliminate the taste and smell!
Wish there was a good way to broadcast this to those
that are really struggling with these issues.

I do the 'shot glass' method. Take a 1 or 2 oz. shot glass and add your MMS and Citric Acid. (Allow 3 minutes to activate) then add a very small amount of the juice of your choice to the MMS/Citric Acid solution that you just added to that shot glass... the juice I use is called 'Kedem'...... Then, in a separate small juice glass I add "Kedem" grape juice. (This is an excellent heavy concorde grape juice with no added Ascorbic Acid or Vitamin C). After the MMS w/Juice in the small shot glass has been activated, I take a small 'sip' from the tall juice glass with the Kedem Grape Juice and then quickly 'shoot' the entire shot glass of activated MMS/Juice in my mouth, I then 'chase' that shot with the remaining contents of the larger juice glass.... I don't allow myself to 'breathe' during this entire process. Do it quickly and correctly and you'll not taste the MMS at all. I then usually have a piece of Xylitol Gum that I pop in my mouth and I'm good to go. This has really helped me to stay on the MMS protocol.
I hope these instructions make sense.... and please, be CERTAIN to add 'some juice' to the MMS/Citric Acid solution in the shot glass... failure to add some juice could result in severe burning in your throat area!
PS: If someone would like me to do a YouTube Vid demonstrating this method I'd be happy to make one

It's been a few days since I came up with the decanting method but have to say it's really made a huge difference for me in terms of taste and smell, for me makes MMS so much easier to take.
