How long to use CDS & MMS simultaneously for .....

As a beginner, (started taking Protocol 2000 yesterday), I take it I can replace MMS with CDS? Hope this is correct as I've ordered some.
Also, I need to take both the CDS & the MMS2 simultaneously until I feel well - is that right?

JH has said to continue until you are well. Take your CDS and your MMS2 offset by about 30 minutes. You will be able to take much higher doses of CDS, and I encourage you to find what your optimal dose is - I know of people taking as much as 10mL of th 3000ppm/L a DOSE (not a day) of CDS for cancer - however, you would need to work up to that.
