Small cat dosage

Hello, I have a small cat sized about 7 lbs who has entropion, an eye condition and it's quite sore atm.
I was told 6mls of sodium chlorite in water given every 25 mins for 8 hrs would help her. 
Would anyone here know?

Sorry I mixed that up,6 drops of sodium chlorite in 120 ml water every 15 mins in an hour was what I was told.
