Distilled or Reverse Osmosis

I've heard they are the same but are these two waters truly the same from what I remember reverse osmosis is better.

I've been looking over the internet and all they give are the difference between the two I just want a plain and straight answer which is better.

Even if its just a little bit one got to be above the other.

According to Mr. Humble's book, you shouldn't use reverse osmosis at all. Something about it removing any benefits of the MMS, but I can't remember exactly what the reason was - just that you shouldn't use it.

Reverse osmosis is all that I have ever used with MMS/CDS. I have seen no indication of it being neutralized. Can anyone else give an opinion on this?

Reverse osmosis is what I add to all my MMS and CDS doses. I'm not aware of Jim saying any differently. Do you have a page number that you can refer us to Shayley?

I do know that Jim's videos showing making CDS has used RO water.

There is so little difference in distilled water and reverse osmosis
Distilled is 99.9% pure water...
Reverse osmosis is 99% pure water.
I make distilled water at the rate of 100 litres a day. Drink it all the time . Love it. Reverse osmosis tastes no different. Reverse osmosis and distilled water removes all its trace elements. I get all my vitamins and nutrients from good quality organic food where possible.And take a multi complex b 1 day and multi vitimin the next day and so on. And 3 apricot seeds each day for B17. ( When I remember)
One should only use good clean water when making CDS.
Tap water may have contaminates that you do not want. If you buy distilled water specificately to make CDS a gallon or 4 litres will go a long way for very little expense. $2.50 here.

"Wolfie" was Mozarts nick name, so that was close.

Over the weekend, I realized where I had heard that statement made and it was not where I thought it was - my apologies to everyone. It had to do with my water ionizer - I was told not to use RO water with that without some sort of pump because of the lack of any minerals in it. My 68 yr old brain is fading away slooooowly - maybe an extra dose of MMS? But now that we're on the subject, does anyone know whether a water ionizer has any effect, and if so, what level of alkalinity or acidity should be used? I think I will also add this as a new topic since the experts have already answered this forum topic and unlikely to come back to see what I had to say for myself! LOL!
