Ear ache – For an ear ache, put four drops in half a glass of
water. Lie on your side, fill the ear with liquid and pull on it to
get liquid to the bottom

Nir's is with MMS1. With CDS, you'd use 1.25x whatever size dose you're using for a 3drop equivalent. IOW, if your 3 drop equivalent is 1mL, then you'd use 1.25 mL in half a glass of water.
