Its been 2 years sinse i bought some mms-2 and i forgot or Im not sure about it. I bought some that is granuals and I think your supposed to grind it into powder and then put it into the caps. Is that correct ? thank you , Orv

There is no need to grind Orv, just put the granules into the capsules. Whenever you are storing MMS2 you also want to be sure the container is air tight so it does not lose potency.
