Just a note to tell something that happened to me. I made up some CDS (the old way) back in January 2012 put the bottle in the fridge and forgot about it. Yesterday I made up some CDS using the new method, then I remembered the old bottle in the fridge, so I took it out to measure the ppm, the CDS was not clear and when I looked at the metal lid (a small sauce bottle size) it had almost been eaten through with the CDS since January this year. I thought it was a bit if interesting information to share. Moyra T
It's pretty near impossible to find anything but metal or plastic lids these days.
I tried to find kork ones for the mason jar type glasses... forget it.

I've kept mine in either HDPE plastic or glass (with plastic lids) since I started making in November - so far I haven't seen any issues with either.
