Maria, it appears that there have been only 4 posts that have mentioned cystitis (and yours is one of them) -

In a book by Christine Ann Kent called Saving the Whole woman. Natural alternatives to surgery for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
Christine mentions that not voiding the bladder completely often causes reoccurring cystitis and she recommends squatting when urinating because squatting and leaning forward helps to void a bladder completely when it is low or prolapsed.
Its a great book.
All the best

G'day Maria and all,
You could try Bowen Therapy with a move that lifts the Bladder and uterus. I have found this a great help with low and prolapsed bladder/uterus. I have treated several women with good lasting results.
I don't know about the cystitis and will investigate further, but a quick guess could be an infection that hasn't been resolved.
I have attached a link to some info. www.home-remedies-for-you.com/remedy/Cystitis.html
Hope this helps
Cheers Don
