Hello fellow MMS-ers,
I am on day 31. So far, i have not had any serious herx reaction. I have suffered with insomnia for many years and recently i have been falling asleep easily these days. However, I find the MMS is making me feel sleepy in the early evening. Has anyone experienced this also?
Regards

Delite,
When you get sleepy like that, it's your bodies way of saying it needs rest to heal, discharge toxins, and restore your health ... it takes energy to do that, and that's where the energy is going... the MMS is doing its think.... it's good you're listening to your body, and giving it the rest it needs by sleeping, so it can heal in the background.

Thanks Clint.
How long does the sleepy-head spells last for? I'm not complaining, being an insomniac for many years and being able to sleep when I go to bed is fantastic. I want to know as I want to know how the MMS is working for me.
I'm still not sure how long I will need to take it for. So far, I'm on 6-drops per hour over 8 hours. I will definately do the maintance with MMS.
