YES! start slow!!! One speck (what I call one granule or one grain) - and don't make up more than a day's dose in advance. You don't want your capsule getting brittle on you and breaking on the way down. Trust me.

Morning every one thanks Evanir:) I won't be posting every day to let you know how its going. Just wanted to let you all know that i made ti through the first day with 2 capsules and I am ok. no affects as of yet but I'm ok. how soon should I see something?

I felt it right away -- a burning in my stomach, like I had heartburn. It took about 24-48 hours for me to start seeing improvement. Pretty fast. I started at 1/4 capsule per day though, so, a higher amount than you're taking right now. I wonder if you'll need to get the amount up a little higher first before you see a significant improvement? I don't know, maybe not! Just wondering out loud. I'm glad to hear, though that you have had no herx reaction to it. That's great! It's only a matter of time now, right??

I agree with KJ, that when you reach a higher amount in the capsule, you will start seeing results.
For me it took about 5 days to start breathing normal, it was amazing.

I started with little in the capsule, maybe 1/4 and built it up within a few days to a whole capsule (#2 capsule) and
that's when I realized that my lungs were so much better.

I went to the doctor the following week for a regular appointment and was told that my lungs were clear, a miracle
because a couple of weeks prior, I was wheezing and coughing a lot even after doubling the steroids to 20mg.

Immediatelly after noticing that my lungs were clear, around the 5th day on MMS2, I dropped the steroids to my regular
dose which was 10mg for the last 4 years. Then I added MMS1 using the baby bottle method.

Now the good news! after taking MMS2 and MMS1 for about 5 weeks, I am on 7mg of prednisone. My naturopath warned me
about lowering too fast and have an emergency situation where I would have to be hospitalized. So I am going slow.
But I know in my heart I could be taking only 5mg at this point. I need to be patient.
