Hi all,

We have made our first batch of CDS, with 10ml MMS & 10ml Citric Acid activator & have completed the saturation of CDS into 100ml distilled water.

Q1. What is the best way to store this bottle of CDS that we just made? do we seal the bottle and keep in refrigerator?

Q2. How much do we take for a 'cold' (flu like symptoms / runny nose).

Please HELP

I keep mine in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator.
My bottles are either glass, PET, or HDPE plastic.
If your CDS is 3000 PPM, then 1 ml of CDS is equivalent to 3 drops of MMS.
