Epstein Barr

I have been using Protocol 1000 for 3 weeks for Epstein Barr and Chronic Fatigue. I am not seeing much change yet. I have made the 32oz solution with the baking soda and take 4 oz every hour for 8 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions? The doctor is giving me B12 shots. Also have inner vibrations all night that seem to be happening more often now and don't know if that is from the EB or CFS. Any ideas out there?

The new information (as of a few weeks ago) is that it is now not advisable to put the baking soda in with the MMS, as it will/can reduce the potency of the MMS solution.

Have you tried the Capsule method ... (placing 3 drops activated MMS into a capsule with DMSO, then swallowing ?)

Epstein Barr is a virus - so, I will tell you that it may take more and longer to eradicate it (probably what you don't want to hear ) - Viruses seem to take longer unless you REALLY smack them down with MMS1 and MMS2.

Are you having problems taking MMS1? If not, I would suggest moving away from the baking soda.

Thanks, I was using capsules before and when I found the baking soda method I found it easier to have a bottle available to drink every hour. I can go back to the capsules. Is it OK to mix the MMS in the water without the baking soda and take it that way or does it lose potency as it sits?

I just got the 50% solution, so it will be easier and faster to activate it. When using the 50% do I do the same process as when making the water solution? 1 to 1 ratio - wait 20 seconds. I agree that maybe the baking soda is not helping as I did see better results before doing it that way.

Yes, the 50% solution is the one you use 1:1, wait 20 seconds, then add water.

I have not done any research on CDS. I've seen the term, but have no idea what it actually is.

Oh right, I did see Jim making CDS. It looked REALLY complicated. That was before I found out I had Epstein Barr.

It is actually VERY easy - but not necessarily the way that Jim makes it.
